Common questions

How do I cancel my membership? On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RecruitUP. Apple handles billing and refunds.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Delete account. Everything is removed.

How do coaches get verified? College coaches confirm a .edu email. High school and club coaches send their work email and staff page, and our team checks it.

I'm a parent. How do I see my athlete's activity? Download RecruitUP and create a free parent account with the email your athlete entered for parent approval.

Report a safety concern. Use Report on the profile or chat in the app, or email us. If someone is in danger, call 911.
